TEASER
TEASER, created by brother and sister duo Zach Lents of Brek Performance and Shannon Schultz of Shannon Schultz Fitness, combines Pilates, strength, mobility, flexibility and myofacial release exercises. This total body program incorporates beginner to intermediate exercises using dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and traditional Pilates Mat exercises created by Joesph Pilates. TEASER can be a stand-alone weekly exercise program or added to an individual’s existing fitness program.

TEASER can be found on the TrainHeroic App, a free app downloaded from the App Store. For just $30/month (less than $2 a workout), you will gain access to an interactive weekly fitness program that includes 4 workouts ranging from 30-60 minutes uploaded each week that you can work into your personal schedule, when it’s convenient for you. Connect with your coaches, Zach and Shannon, by posting comments, asking questions and tagging us on social media.
