Small Group Pilates Classes

Powerhouse Pilates Studio offers trio, duo and private sessions on Balanced Body, Peak Pilates and GRATZ equipment such as the Reformer, Tower and Chair. Sessions are customized for each client in the session to optimize performance, recovery and reduce injury.

Specific exercises depending on daily life habits, goals and sports are included in each workout to help clients move and feel better and compete at the highest level.

Small group Pilates classes are a great way for student athletes to do the necessary corrective exercises and functional movements that correct poor body mechanics and help reduce common injuries that most athletes experience from performing repetitious movements for hours every single day.

Regardless of our age, Pilates teaches us how to move and feel better, while maintaining and improving joint and spinal strength and mobility and muscular strength and flexibility. All of these components go hand in hand and a proper weekly program should consistently focus on strength, mobility and flexility.
